Every year, some 400,000 new residents arrive in Dhaka, Bangladesh. They come from rural areas, often affected by climate change, and settle in the city’s heaving slums. Currently about 4 million slum dwellers lack access to basic sanitation. Videojournalist Stephen Sapienza discusses efforts to connect slum residents with an official supply of clean water.
